AzureTails collects contact details including name, email, phone number, and address for booking/ communication purposes.  AzureTails will collect pet information including, but not limited to: name, breed, age, and medical history to use for pet care/ service purposes. AzureTails will collect payment data including credit card/ debit bank card details to process payments for services. AzureTails will collect user-generated content including, but not limited to: photos, reviews, and surveys to improve services, personalize experience, and for marketing (with consent). 

Information will only be shared with trusted partners (such as data processors) who are required to keep data confidential. 

Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data):
IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, location, and usage patterns are automatically collected as well as Google Analytics for site performance and functionality.

User Rights & Choices:
You have the right to view/ correct your personal data. You also have the right to op-out of marketing emails/ promotions. You have the right to request to have your information deleted. 

Changes to Policy & Contact:
This policy may be updated. Users will be notified via available contact information that has been provided previously.
